What to include
- your Secretwell app version and iOS version;
- your OpenBao version, when known;
- the screen and action involved;
- the exact error message shown by Secretwell; and
- steps that consistently reproduce the problem.
Never send credentials or secret material. Remove OpenBao tokens, passwords, secret values, wrapping tokens, private server addresses, and other confidential data from support messages and screenshots.
Before contacting support
Confirm that the server is reachable over HTTPS, your token has not expired or been revoked, and the requested action is permitted by the server’s ACL policies. Secretwell cannot grant permissions or recover data from an OpenBao deployment.
Product boundary
Secretwell is an independent client for OpenBao. Your OpenBao operator remains responsible for server configuration, availability, authentication, authorization, audit devices, backups, and incident response.
